Can we store the original email as .MSG or .EML, and the converted documents as PDF?
Absolutely. With Email+, you’re in control of your file format types for both the original email and the converted output document(s).
Can Email+ also convert the email and attachments to PDF/A?
Yes. The results can be saved in any compliance level of PDF/A, as well as PDF versions 1.4 – 2.0.
Can Email+ convert the existing emails in our mailboxes?
Most certainly. Email+ can convert both existing and new emails for all inbox types.

Does DocShifter software support optical character recognition (OCR)?
DocShifter allows for fully-automated OCR from any file format supported, which includes all image formats listed in a given RFP. The accuracy of results will depend on the quality of the image being processed via OCR.
Where is DocShifter deployed?
DocShifter’s software can be deployed on-premise or in your cloud (AWS/Azure/Google). On Microsoft Windows or Linux. Either directly onto hardware, using VMWare or in a Docker / Kubernetes infrastructure.
